We will gladly accept any unused merchandise for a return or exchange.

 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    • SYVARA must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the order's delivery.
    • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
    • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
    • Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.
    • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.

     EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

      • Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item.
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

     COUPON CODES

      • Discount codes must be applied at a time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
      • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
      • Only one code can be used on a purchase.
      • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
